about 37 meditation friends(MF)was in the room . I start the session with motivasion,In 10 min i explained the diffrent beetwen goodluck/badluck and goodmind and badmind.Most of the time we cant control our goodluck and badluck but if we face them with harmoniousmind we can use them to make our goodmind become stronge,our body healtier and our life happier.

The harmonious mind concept that I learned from P. Merta Ada at his Tapa Brata has helped me for years. I now teach it to my students to help them find peacefulness and healing.

nov 19,2007.

I started the session of the meditation on time.About 50 MF was there.I gave short talk to MF about fullmoon,darkmoon and some specialday that have special effect while we are doing our meditation.

I believe that are truth in side that,because when our ancestors decided that day they have the ability to feel the vibration.

As a harmonious mind meditator we can use the opportunity of strong energy appear in that day to use as a tool to make practise our mind become stronger.

To day is kajangkliwon, one of specialday in bali,it was astrong and good meditation we did together.

55 MFs in the room to make practise together.I had so many thing that I want to pass to them to day in the first 10 minutes.Last Saturday we just past tumpeklandep day/concentration day in Bali, day when the best time to make our concentration stronger and more clear.And I also pass to them about the power of our mind, when we train and use together, even for distant healing ,it is working.I and my assitents sent energy to one of our MF in Singapore who got virus sickness, it helped him to get heal quaker.
After about 10 mnt ,we started our meditation for 35 mnt .
When we were in Q&A time, some MFs asking about how to use harmonious mind meditation to heal migran and also blackmagic.
We closed with 30 mnt awerness exersises.
